Unfolding the Handle Caution: While converting the Folding Platform Truck between the different handle positions, take care to keep hands out of the way of moving parts. 1. Slide the pivoting handle toward the rear of the cart to disengage the handle locking tabs from the frame. -

Expanding the Handle 1. Push the handle button on one side of the pivoting handle and lift slightly to unlock the tube on that side. 2. Troubleshooting Problem Possible Causes Remedy If the pivot handle is bent or damaged, it should be replaced. The pivoting handle is Pivoting handle Check for burrs on the pivoting handle. File or difficult to transition sand the burrs until they’re smoothed out, or between folding and replace the pivoting handle. - Page 10 Problem Possible Causes Remedy Check to see if the caster wheels are loose within the brackets. Check to see if the brackets on the casters are bent or broken. The Folding Platform Truck Casters does not roll smoothly. Make sure the casters swivel easily. Check for flat spots on the caster wheels.
