Grilling with the spit or kebab set
By pressing the
buttton you can grill
using the roasting spit. Dishes are warmed
using radiant heat from the combined grill
and baking element. The thermostat also
regulates the grill. Consequently the element
should light up red from time to time but not
continuously. Dishes get a crunchy brown
crust.
Placing the grill set
Put the food on the spit (L) and secure

it so that it is firmly attached and evenly
distributed using the hooks (F). See fig. 8.
Push the rotary spit into the opening (P) of
the coupling and lay it at the front in the
hook (G).
Slide the rack with grill spit into the oven.
Ensure that the drive shaft (K) falls into the
opening of the grill motor.
Place a baking plate with a little bit of
water under the rotary spit.
Type NF930
You use the function control knob to set the
temperature or settings. The temperature
K
range is continuous.
Press the oven lighting knob
comes on.

The gas oven
The air in the oven is heated by the gas

burner. The temperature can be continuously
adjusted.
Igniting the oven burner
Turn the oven knob anti-clockwise to maximum
(see fig. 9) and press it at the same time. Sparks
will appear above the burner which will now
self-ignite. After this happens the temperature
can be continuously adjusted.
