Is the replace level and secured?
Are the factory supplied non-combus ble materials installed?
Is the exterior wall insulated and dry-walled?
Are the clearances to combus bles maintained?
Are the logs/media installed as instructed?
Are the accessories installed as instructed?
Is the glass door properly sealed and unobstructed?
Is the safety barrier installed and secure?
Are all required accessories installed (i.e. door trims)?
Ven ng Installa on
Is the ven ng con gura on within the parameters?
Has the ven ng been sealed with the appropriate sealant?
Is the ven ng supported and secured?
Are all clearances to combus bles maintained?
Are the appropriate restops and shields properly installed?
Is the terminal, level, secured and sealed?
Gas and Electrical
Was the replace converted to propane?
Was the appropriate supply pressure veri ed?
Were all gas connec ons leak tested?
Is the 110 VAC supply connec on to the replace compliant?
Are all electrical wires protected from damage?
Finishing
Non-combus ble materials used as per instruc ons?
Enclosure instruc ons forwarded to builder/ nisher?
Minimum enclosure dimensions compliant?
Combus ble Mantle Clearances compliant?
Commissioning
Was the replace test red and all opera on veri ed?
Safety and ligh ng instruc ons reviewed with the Customer?
Opera ng Instruc on Manual le with the Customer?
