Trouble accessing the Internet

The message "...Incomplete" or "Authentication Error..." is indicated and your camcorder
cannot access the Internet.

Check your setup according to the procedure described in "Setting network
preferences" (p. 27).
The camcorder cannot access the Internet.
c
Try to access it again after a while.
The message "Line is Busy or Phone number may be Wrong" is indicated and your
camcorder cannot access the Internet.
c
The phone line of your provider is busy. Call again after a while.
c
The settings for the telephone number may be incorrect. Please check those settings.
c
The telephone signaling type setup of the Modem Adaptor with Bluetooth function
may be wrong. Check the setup.
The message "Bluetooth Connection Error" is indicated and your camcorder cannot access
the Internet.

Check that your Bluetooth device is turned on.
c
Install your Bluetooth device nearer to your camcorder.
The message "Phone Line Disconnected" is indicated when making an entry in the online
registration procedure.

Data entry can be done offline. When your camcorder needs to connect with the site,
the screen for verifying the connection appears. Tap [Connect], then the connection
will be established again.
The message "Bluetooth Authentication Error Check the Certified Status" is indicated and
your camcorder cannot access the Internet.

Your Bluetooth device may be deleted from the registration. Set it up again.
The message "Bluetooth Connection Error Select Bluetooth Device" is indicated and your
camcorder cannot access the Internet.

Check your setup according to the procedure described in "Registering a Bluetooth
device" (p. 18).
The message "Low Battery" is indicated and your camcorder cannot access the Internet.
c
Charge the battery pack or use the AC power adaptor, then connect again.
