Service Diagnostics and Procedures
LED Lighting
The grill uses LED lighting to illuminate the control
panel.
To access the LED lighting:
1. Access control panel components
(see Control Panel Components Access section).
Locate LED board(s).

2. Disconnect wiring for the LED boards.

5. Remove the screws securing LED board
and remove board.
Scews
6. Reverse procedure to
reassemble.

Ignition Switch
The grill uses ignition switches and 120VAC input
to generate a spark to ignite the burners. When the
end user makes a selection, the spark switch closes
sending voltage to the igniter generating a spark.
To access the spark switch:
1. Access control panel components
(see Control Panel Components Access section).
Locate spark switch(s).

4. Disconnect wiring and slide spark switches off
gas valve.
Wiring
5. Reverse procedure to reassemble.
Verify the switch reads open when the valve is
off and 0
when the valve is turned to the light
