Transport
The machine battery should only be used for remote
control of the machine between the mode of transport and
the work area.
WARNING! Take great care when
!
operating the floor grinder up and down
ramps (max. 13° incline). For steeper
ramps, always use a winch. Never stand
in the machines risk area.
Avoid moving uphill or up a ramp when
the remote control indicates low battery
as the machine could suddenly power
down.
To go down a ramp, drive the machine backwards
slowly.
To go up a ramp, drive the machine forward slowly.
Never turn more than 45° on a ramp.
Lift the machine
When lifting the machine there is a risk of injuring
persons or damaging the machine or the
surroundings. Define the risk area and check that
nobody is present within the area when lifting.
Always use the lifting eyes on the machine when
lifting.
OPERATING
Transport the machine on a means of
transport
!
Raise the support wheel as much as possible so that
the grinding unit is resting on the surface. The support
wheel can be swung up to take less room. Anchor the
machine so that it will not make involuntary
movements.

Storage

Ensure the machine is cleaned and that a complete
service is carried out before long-term storage. For

Long-term storage of battery

Maintenance charge the machine battery ever 6
months in long-term storage.
The remote control battery should be removed from
the remote when storing for longer than 6 months.
CAUTION! The grinding unit should rest
on the ground and always have the tool
plates fitted to protect its locking devices
during transport.
Do not use the support wheel for
anchoring.
