Several settings can be stored in a phone
profile in order, for example, to adapt the
phone to the surrounding level of noise.
• Five standard profiles are provided with
default settings. They can be changed
however:
Normal

• You can set two personal profiles
(<Name>).
• The special profile
and cannot be changed.

Edit a default profile or create a new per-
sonal profile:

The list of available functions is displayed.
When you have finished setting a func-
tion, you return to the profile menu
where you can change a further setting.
Car Kit
If an original Siemens Car Kit is used, the
profile is switched on automatically as
soon as the phone is inserted into the cra-
dle.
Headset
The profile is only switched on automati-
cally if an original Siemens headset is
used.
Aircraft mode
All alarms (appointments, alarm clock)
are deactivated. This profile cannot be
modified.

When you switch on your phone again,
the previously set profile will be reactivat-
ed automatically.
Themes
Load a completely new user interface in
your telephone. At the press of a button,
various functions are re-arranged themat-
ically, e.g. start up/shutdown animation,
Wallpaper, Screensaver, start-up/shut-
down melody, additional animations.

Language
Set the language of the display text.
When "automatic" is set, the language of
your home service provider is used.
If a language that you do not understand
happens to be set, the phone can be reset
to the language of your service provider
