Control Panel Buttons

MENU Button

Printer On Line or Off Line
Press to enter the Menu mode.
Menu Mode
• Press to advance to the next
Category in the Menu
• Press and hold for 2 seconds or
longer to go back to the previous
Category.
Password (PIN) Mode
Press to enter a zero in the password.

ON LINE Button

Printer On Line/Off Line
Press to place the printer off line/on
line.
Menu Mode
Press to exit the Menu mode and go
back on line.
Password (PIN) Mode
Press to enter the number 4 in the
password.
Error Mode
(Attention light blinking)
• If the paper size requested by the
print job is different from the paper
specified as in the tray, press ON
LINE to force the job to print.
• If you have selected manual print in
the driver, load paper in the MP tray,
then press ON LINE to print the job.
