Cleaning the bean containers

Risk of damage from incorrect
use and cleaning.
Immersing the bean containers in
liquids can result in malfunctions. If
they are taken apart, bits may break
off or the mechanism may no longer
work properly once they are
reassembled.
Do not disassemble the bean
containers.
Do not immerse the bean containers
in liquids, e.g., soapy water.
Coffee beans contain oils which can
deposit on the walls of the bean
containers and hinder the flow of the
beans. Therefore, clean the bean
containers at least once a month with a
soft cloth.
If required, you can clean the lids of the
bean containers by hand with a mild
solution of warm water and liquid dish
soap. Dry the lids thoroughly before
replacing them on the bean containers.
 Open the appliance door.
 Pull the left and right-hand bean
containers out of the coffee machine.
 Clean the bean container wells inside
the machine.
