URING OPERATION
When the engine is running, the air outlet valves (ball
valves) must always be put in a fully opened or fully
closed position.
Regularly carry out following checks:
1. That regulating valve
(Fig. 2.2
adjusted, i.e. starts decreasing the engine speed when reaching the
preset working pressure in the receiver.
2. Check the air filter vacuum indicators
If the yellow piston reaches the red marked service range, replace
the filter element. Reset the indicators by pushing the reset button.
The doors must be closed during operation and may be
opened for short periods only.

REVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE FOR THE
COMPRESSOR
The schedule contains a summary of the maintenance instructions.
Read the respective section before taking maintenance measures.
When servicing, replace all disengaged packings, e.g. gaskets,
O-rings, washers.
For engine maintenance refer to Engine Operation Manual.
The maintenance schedule has to be seen as a guideline for units
operating in a dusty environment typical to compressor applications.
Maintenance schedule can be adapted depending on application
environment and quality of maintenance.
