3. ONE DISH DINNERS

One Dish Dinners will cook any of the dinners listed in
the chart by simply following the directions in the
lnteractive Display and on the Recipe Card. There are
2 recipes in each section. Choose one and follow Recipe
Card for ingredients and instructions.
• Suppose you want to use One Dish Dinners to cook
Spicy Couscous Pockets in ground beef dinner.

ONE DISH DINNERS RECIPES
Spicy Couscous Pockets
Place in a 3 quart casserole:
1 1 / pounds lean ground beef (85% lean or better)

1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 large onion, chopped
1 / cup chopped green pepper

3 / cup couscous
4
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1 / tablespoons chili powder
2
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Stir well and cover. Touch One Dish Dinners 2 times
and touch Start/Touch On.
At pause, stir well and add:
1 cup raisins
Recover. Touch Start/Touch On.
Serve spooned into pita pockets.

Use for frozen microwave pizza. Remove from package and

once or twice before touching Start/Touch On pad.

Speedy Shepherd's Pie
Combine the following and spread evenly in a 11" x 7"
rectangular casserole:
1 1 / pounds lean ground beef (85% lean or better)

1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 / cup catsup
2
1 onion, minced
1 egg
Touch One Dish Dinners 2 times and touch Start/
Touch On.
At pause, top ground beef mixture with:
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
Top peas and carrots with:
4 cups prepared mashed potatoes (either freshly
made or reconstituted from dry)
Touch Start/Touch On.
Serve with gravy (canned or made from a mix).
