WARRANTY INFORMATION SOL0058 Sole Rower IMPORTANT Please read and retain this manual as it will assist with identification for parts and service. BOYLES FITNESS warrants the Sole Rower to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. - Page 30 BFE Warranty Policy – January 1st, 2019 When purchased from an authorised BFE distributor the BFE warranty shall guarantee that all framework and components of your product are free from faulty manufacture. All faulty framework and components will be repaired or replaced as set out in this policy. All warranties in this policy apply to INDOOR HOME/DOMESTIC USE ONLY.
- Page 31 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a ‘Major failure’. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of an acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
