The VEVOR WX4400LBS-2 hoist may not go up due to several possible reasons based on the manual:

1. Limit Switch Activation: The limit switch may have been triggered, stopping the motor to prevent the chain from exceeding safe limits.

2. Improper Power Supply: Ensure the power supply is correct and properly connected (3 phase, 220V, 60Hz, 3.0kW).

3. Installation Not Complete: The manual states it is forbidden to link the power supply before installation is complete.

4. Chain Issues: The chain may not be properly aligned or lubricated, or it may be tangled or dirty.

5. Weight Imbalance or Overload: The hoist may not operate if the load is unbalanced or exceeds capacity.

6. Control Button Issue: The control button must be pressed steadily and firmly.

7. Maintenance Required: Lack of lubrication or overdue maintenance could affect performance.

Check all these conditions to identify the issue.
