To use the A/V input on the Sanyo DS27910 without a remote:

1. Connect your external video equipment (like a VCR or DVD player) to the A/V1 or A/V2 jacks on the back of the TV.
2. Turn on the external equipment.
3. Press the INPUT/TV•VCR button on the TV (if available) to switch the input source to Video1 or Video2.
4. If you see a blue screen with "Video1" or "Video2," it means the input is selected but no signal is detected—check your connection and make sure the external device is playing.

If there is no INPUT button on the TV itself, using the A/V input without a remote may not be possible.

    Operates TV ONLY MODE KEYS Press these keys (VCR, TV, DVD, and AUX) when programming the multimedia remote control and to choose an operating mode. LIGHT Press this key to briefly illuminate the remote control’s keypad. This is helpful when using the remote control in a dimly lit room.
