EXCEEDING REQUIREMENTS HAZARD
Control valve requirements are defined to ensure safe equipment operation. Do not
exceed published specifications.
Failure to comply may result in death, serious injury and/or damage to the equipment.

FLANGE SIZE HAZARD
Customers must choose the appropriate size material of the flange for their piping
requirements.
Choosing an incorrect flange may cause a pressure leak, resulting in death or serious
injury.

External hook up:
ANSI class 150 and 300:
NPS 2-4: Carbon steel/Stainless steel 10
mm (0.375")
ANSI class 600:
NPS 2-4: Stainless steel 13 mm (0.5")
The mechanical connections for a Series 700
control valve NPS 2 to 4 are standard class 150,
300 and 600 ANSI R.F. flanges, which are
available only in carbon steel. For maximum
working pressures at intermediate
temperatures refer to ANSI B16.5.
