The document applies to heat pumps with software
version 7994R2.
The heat pump software version can be found in the info
menu (menu 3.1).

The serial number can be found at the bottom right of
the front cover and in the info menu (menu 3.1).
Caution
You need the product's (14 digit) serial number
for servicing and support.
