7.1 Issues and Remedies

See below for a list of possible issues that may be encountered while operating the EQ-99X system and the potential 
steps to resolve those issues.

Chapter 7. Troubleshooting  
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Clear the fault lights by toggling
the EQ-99-RC Remote Control
between the ON and OFF
positions. The EQ-99X system will 
not start if a fault condition exists.
2. Confirm that the black jumper
plug is fully inserted into the back
of the EQ-99-RC Remote Control 
(or, if using another remote
control, confirm that the external
interlock contact is closed).
3. Check that the bulb and laser fiber
optic cable are properly connected
to the lamp head. 
4. If either the LAMP MODULE FAULT
or CONTROLLER FAULT light will
still not clear, contact Energetiq.
