    ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Assemble the T-Rail and Attach the Belt Pulley Bracket To avoid installation difficulties, do not run the garage door opener until instructed to do so. HARDWARE SHOWN ACTUAL SIZE 1. Align the four T-rail sections on a flat surface Carriage Bolts exactly as shown.

    ASSEMBLY STEP 2 Install the Trolley Trolley • As a temporary stop, insert a screwdriver into the hole in the front end of the T-rail. • Slide the trolley assembly along the rail to the screwdriver stop. NOTE: If trolley hits against any nuts on the T-rail, the bolts and nuts were attached from the wrong side and must be repositioned.
