Using the Biscuit Former
1. Attach the biscuit former (17) on the worm shaft (8).
2. Slide the biscuit former (17) insert into the former up to the desired form.
Form the prepared dough to a roll of 3 cm diameter and feed the dough
through the filling tube (8).

3. Switch on the appliance. Only use the pusher to press the dough through
the filling tube! Cut the extruded dough into pieces of any desired length.
4. After finishing, switch OFF the appliance and unplug it from power mains.
Using the Produce Slicer Art. 96 09 37
1. The produce slicer 96 09 37 is seperately available and can be attached to
the meat grinder.
Attach the produce slicer to the motor unit.
2. The knives (C,D,E) can be changed by pulling them out and pushing them in
until they snap into place.
3. Push the produce through the filling tube into the rotating knife only with
the pusher (B).

4. After finishing, switch OFF the appliance and unplug it from power mains.
