Adjustment Method for B-EX6 TYPE3
Before installing the disk cutter unit for B-EX6 Type3, exchanging of Paper Guide and adjustment has to be
made to set the clearance of the cutter.
B-EX6 Type3 へカッターを取り付ける前に、用紙ガイドの交換と用紙ガイドの隙間の調節をします。
1. Loosen the two FL -3 x 6 screws holding the metal guide.
金属製の用紙ガイドを固定しているフランジネジ２本（FL-3ｘ6）を緩めます。
2. A Paper Guide is exchanged for Paper guide of Type3.
用紙ガイドを B-EX6T3 用の用紙ガイドに交換します。
3. Prepare four sheets of Tag paper and insert them between the guides.
４枚のタグ紙を用意し、用紙ガイドの隙間に挟みます。
4. Press both sides of the Paper Guide against the 4 tag papers.
用紙ガイドの両端を 4 枚のタグ紙に押し付けます。
5. Tightened the SAME FL -3x6 screws after proper checking and adjustment is confirmed.
適切なチェックおよび調節が確認された後、同じフランジネジ(FL -3x6）で固定します。
6. Perform a test cut to check for a proper operation. Repeat the procedure, if necessary.
カット発行させて切断角度を確認し、必要に応じて上記手順を繰り返してください。
