Soft-Off by PWRBTN : Pressing the power button for more than 4 seconds forces the
system to enter the Soft-Off state. The settings are: "Delay 4 Sec.", "Instant-Off".

VGA : When enabled, you can set the VGA to awaken the system.
LPT & COM : When LPT & COM is "On", any activity from one of the listed system
peripheral devices or IRQs wakes up the system.
HDD & FDD : When HDD & FDD is "On", any activity from one of the listed system
peripheral devices or IRQs wakes up the system.
PCI Master : When PCI Master is "On", any activity from one of the listed system
peripheral devices or IRQs wakes up the system.
Modem Ring Resume : An input signal on the serial Ring Indicator (RI) line (in other
words, an incoming call on the modem) awakens the system from a soft off state.
RTC Alarm Resume : This function is for setting date and time for your computer to boot
up. During "Disabled", you cannot use this function. During "Enabled", choose the
Date and Time Alarm:

operating system, before this function will work.
