Clean Roomba's side brush
a. Use a coin or small screwdriver to
remove the screw.
b. Remove brush, clean the brush and
brush post, and reinstall the brush.

Clean Roomba's brushes
a. Remove the brush guard by lifting both
yellow tabs. i series: Push on the green
tab on the right-hand side of the brushes.
b. Remove and clean the brushes and
extractor caps.
c. Ensure the vacuum path is clear, reinstall
the extractors and close the brush guard
(if applicable).

Clean Roomba's front wheel
Front caster wheels that are clogged with
hair and debris could result in floor damage.
a. Pull firmly on the front wheel to remove it.
b. Remove any debris from inside
wheel cavity.
c. Spin the wheel by hand.
If rotation is restricted,
remove wheel from its
housing and push firmly
to remove the axle and
clear any debris or hair
wrapped around it.
d. Reinstall all parts when
finished. Make sure the
wheel clicks back into place.

Clean Roomba's sensors
a. Wipe the cliff sensors with a clean,
dry cloth.
b. Floor tracking sensor (only applicable
to 900 & i series) – turn Roomba over and
use a clean, Scotch bright sponge or
pencil eraser to wipe any debris that has
accumulated in the round sensor
opening in the right side of the Robot's
bottom surface. Do NOT spray cleaning
solution directly into sensor opening.
