The luminance is measured at near the 5 points shown below.
4.10.4 Definition of response times
Response time is measured at the time when the luminance changes from "white" to "black", or
"black" to "white" on the same screen point, by photo-detector. Ton is the time when the
luminance changes from 90% down to 10%. Also Toff is the time when the luminance changes
from 10% up to 90% (See the following diagram.).
