  • Unpack the unit and remove any stickers that can prevent unit operation.
  • Make sure that operating voltage specified on the unit corresponds to your home mains voltage.
  • Before using the unit, wash all removable parts: the bowl lid (3), the knives (4, 5), the bowl (6) and the non-slip base (8) in warm water with a neutral detergent. Rinse the parts and dry them.
  • Clean the motor unit (2) with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then wipe it dry.

Attention!
Do not immerse the motor unit (2), power cord and plug into water or any other liquids.

USING THE CHOPPER

The chopper is used to chop lean meat, cheese, onion, herbs, vegetables and fruits.

Attention!
Do not chop very hard products, such as nutmegs, bones, coffee beans, cereals, ice and frozen food.

Before you start chopping:

  • cut meat, cheese, onion, vegetables and fruit into cubes approximately 2x2 cm in size;
  • remove stems of herbs, shell nuts;
  • remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.

Chopping products
Be careful: the knives are very sharp! Always hold the knives by the upper plastic end.

  • Place the non-slip base (8) on a flat stable surface and set the chopper bowl (6) on the base.
  • Install the upper chopping knife (4) on the axis of the lower chopping knife (5) and slightly turn it as far as it will go.
  • Set the chopping knives (4, 5) on the axis (7).
  • Put the pre-cut products into the bowl (6).

Note:
Do not switch the unit on without food in the bowl (6). Do not exceed the «1200 ml» mark on the chopping bowl when loading products or pouring liquids in.

  • Put the lid (3) on the bowl (6).
  • Put the motor unit (2) on the bowl (6). Slightly turn the motor unit (2) around it axis. If the motor unit is installed properly, it will not turn around it axis.
  • Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
  • To switch the blender on, press and hold the ON button (1).

Note:
If the motor unit (2) is set improperly on the chopper bowl (6), the unit will not be switched on. To process hard products (for instance, carrot), use the pulse mode (switch the chopper on for several seconds, release the ON button (1), make a pause and switch the chopper on again). If food processing is hindered or the food level is below the knives' cutting edges, add some water.

  • Press the button (1) on the motor unit (2) with one hand and hold the bowl (6) with the other during operation.
  • After the chopper operation, wait till the knives (4, 5) stop rotating. Unplug the unit.
  • Remove the motor unit (2) from the bowl (6).
  • Remove the lid (3) from the bowl (6).
  • Carefully remove the knives (4, 5).
  • Take the chopped products out of the chopper bowl (6).

Attention!
Strictly follow the described sequence of operations. Hold the chopping knives (4, 5) only by the plastic end. Maximal continuous operation time is 30 seconds; make at least a 3 minute break between operation cycles. Make a 20 minute break after 3 operation cycles.
