Warranty

Digital Networks North America Inc. ("DNNA") warrants your 5500 series ReplayTV (the "ReplayTV") and any included ReplayTV accessories against defects
in material or workmanship as follows:
LABOR: For a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"), if the ReplayTV is determined to be defective, DNNA will, at its sole
discretion, repair or replace the unit with new or refurbished goods, or pay the labor charges to any ReplayTV authorized service facility. After the Warranty
Period, the customer is responsible for all labor charges.
PARTS: In addition, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, DNNA will supply, at its sole discretion, a new or rebuilt ReplayTV unit in exchange
for a defective unit. DNNA's liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product. If DNNA cannot reasonably repair or replace the
defective product then DNNA may, at its sole discretion, refund the current retail price for the product. DNNA warrants any replaced or repaired product for a
period of ninety (90) days from shipment, or through the end of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.
REFUBISHED PRODUCT: DNNA warrants refurbished products, marked and sold as such, for ninety (90) days from the original purchase date.
Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must first obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from a Technical Support Representative at DNNA. A
Technical Support Representative may be reached at (800) 933-5899. Once an RMA number is obtained, your ReplayTV must be shipped freight prepaid, in
either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the ReplayTV authorized distribution facility.
Important: When calling for an RMA number, please be prepared to answer some basic troubleshooting/setup related questions. It is helpful for you to call when
you are in front of your ReplayTV as you may be required to respond to operational instructions from a ReplayTV Technical Support Representative before
being issued an RMA.
Scope of and Limitation on Warranty
This warranty does not cover customer instruction, installation, set up adjustments or signal reception problems. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage
due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of your ReplayTV. This warranty does not cover dam-
age due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by DNNA
to service your ReplayTV. This warranty does not cover consumables (such as fuses and batteries). This warranty is valid only in the United States and is non-
transferable. This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the ReplayTV.
