Positioning probe - electrodes

Before installing the burner on the boiler, make
sure the probe and electrodes are positioned cor-
rectly as in Fig. 14.
WARNING
If necessary use the nuts 1)(Fig. 15) to obtain the
right positions.
Respect the dimensions shown in Fig. 14.
WARNING
The burner is supplied with the combustion head
and electrodes assembled.

Fixing the air intake and gas valve

All the installation, maintenance and disassembly
operations must be carried out with the electricity
supply disconnected.
DANGER
The installation of the burner must be carried out
by qualified personnel, as indicated in this manual
and in compliance with the standards and regula-
tions of the laws in force.
WARNING
For the installation proceed as follows:
 Fit the air intake 1) with the screws 2) and nuts. Use the 4
countersunk screws supplied. Two screws are fixed with
flanged nuts supplied (Fig. 16).
 Connect the high voltage cables to the transformer
1)(Fig. 16), and the ionisation probe lead to the appropriate
cable emerging from the control box.
 Fix the valve 2) to the gas pipe 3) putting the gasket in-
between 4). Use the M5x16 screws supplied. Then fixed the
train unit obtained to the flange of the venturi. Before this,
unscrew the screws 6) and remove the plate 5).
 At this point insert the gasket 4) to create the seal. Use
screws, groover washers and nuts supplied. Fit the plate 5)
that was previously removed.
 Install the gas train following the instructions on page 25.
