    2 SAFETY ADVICE Defined use The vehicle is designed and constructed to withstand the usual demands of regular traffic and use on gentle ter- rain (unpaved roads). This vehicle is not suitable for use on race tracks. Info The motorcycle is only authorized for operation on public highways in the homologated version. Misuse The vehicle must only be used as intended.

    Wear appropriate protective clothing such as helmet, boots, gloves as well as trousers and a jacket with protectors on all rides. – Always wear protective clothing that is in good condition and meets the legal regulations. In the interest of your own safety, KTM recommends that you only operate the vehicle while wearing protective clothing.

    7 COMBINATION INSTRUMENT 7.10 Shift warning light The shift warning light is integrated in the tachometer display. In the Shift Light menu, the engine speed for the shift warning light can be set. The shift warning light is always active during the running-in phase (up to 1,000 km / 621 mi).
