Won't stop flushing

The ZURN AquaSense ZTR6200-WS1-DF may not stop flushing due to the following reasons:

1. Debris in the Valve – Dirt or debris inside the flush valve can cause it to run continuously.
2. Sensor Issues – If sensor units are installed too close to each other or near highly reflective surfaces, they may malfunction.
3. Water Pressure Problems – The valve operates best between 35 and 80 psi. If the pressure is too high or too low, it may not function correctly.
4. O-Ring Seal Misalignment – If the O-ring seal is not properly seated in the tailpiece groove, the valve may not shut off properly.
5. Locking Nut or Snap Ring Issues – If the locking nut or snap ring is not correctly installed, it may affect the valve’s operation.

Checking and addressing these issues should help stop the continuous flushing.
