Compact, Easy to Set Up and Use The E30 is a compact device that is ideal for use at home or a small office, as it does not require much space with its diminutive wall-plug design . The bright Signal Indicator LED makes finding a suitable location a cinch. Setting up the AX3000 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender is simple.
What is a Wireless Extender? The E30 is a repeater that extends the range of an existing wireless network to provide better signals for parts of your home or office that may have poor or no reception. Your existing wireless signal will be re-broadcast by the E30, allowing you to reach the farthest corners of your home or office.

The extender will be restored to factory default settings. Press WPS button for 1 second to pair E30 with an uplink router. Connect an Ethernet cable if you are equipping the current wired network with wireless connectivity.
Left Side You may locate the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password for your E30. This information is printed on the device label on the left side of the device. You will need this information to connect your computer or mobile device to the default network (SSID) of your E30. This information is also provided on the Quick Installation Guide.
Wireless Installation Considerations The E30 lets you extend your existing wireless network’s coverage as long as it is within range of the uplink network. Keep in mind that the E30’s extension network’s range may be limited by the number, thickness and location of walls, ceilings, or other objects that the wireless signals must pass through.

While the Status LED is blinking orange, push the WPS button on the main wireless router or AP, and then push the WPS button on the E30. The Status LED will start to flash white. Please allow up to two minutes for the process to finish. The Status LED will turn solid white when the E30 has connected successfully to the source wireless router or access point.
AQUILA PRO AI Setup The AQUILA PRO AI app allows you to install and configure your E30 from your compatible Android or iOS device. Note: The screenshots may be different depending on your mobile device’s OS version. However, the process is the same.

Section 3 - Configuration Access Point Mode Settings This page lets you configure the settings to use the E30 as an access point. Connect an Ethernet cable from your main router’s LAN port to the LAN port of the E30.

Section 3 - Configuration Clicking the Connected Clients icon will show the devices that are currently connected to E30 along with their vendor names and IP addresses. To edit each client’s settings, click on the client you want to edit.
Note: If E30 is connected to a Wi-Fi mesh supported router, log in to E30’s home screen by entering the router’s Admin Password. The current firmware version of your E30. Click Check for New Firmware to see if your E30 is up to date.

Existing Network Select the type of existing network, either Ethernet or Wi-Fi for E30 to be connected to. Select Ethernet if you are connecting to your host network through an Ethernet cable. Select Wi-Fi if you are connecting to your host network wirelessly.

D-Link Cloud Go to Settings > D-Link Cloud to see your D-Link Cloud Service details. This page lists whether you are registered with D- Link Cloud Service and email address associated with the account. It enables you to manage your device anytime, anywhere and check the status of your extender.
Select from the drop-down menu to use one of the following servers to synchronize the time and date for the extender: D-Link NTP Server or Google NTP Server. Choose Manual to set the NTP server’s IP address or server name.
Admin This page allows you to set a new password for the administrator account used to configure E30. To access this page, go to Management > Admin. Click Save at any time to save the changes you made on this page.

If enabled, the extender will automatically check for and upgrade to the latest firmware available. Choose Upgrade Time You may set E30 to automatically upgrade its firmware at a set time by enabling this function. Set the hour and minute for automatic upgrade every day.

Once the mesh network has been established, you can refer to your main router’s configuration settings to see your mesh topology report (go to Home and click the Extenders icon). Whereas E30’s home screen of the web interface will show the firmware information of the extender.
Setup Using the AQUILA PRO AI To utilize your E30 with a mesh network via a wireless connection, select “Wirelessly” as the setup option and follow the app’s instructions to complete the setup. To set up using an Ethernet cable, refer to “Setup Using an Ethernet Cable” on the next page.
