To program the default mode

You can use a monitor controlled by another display
board to program the default monitor mode for your
Md4/PCX board.
Set all DIP switches on switch S2 to OFF for the mode to
take effect. If they are not, switch S2 overrides the default
monitor mode programmed on the board. See "Switch S2"
on page 79.
