Random Playback

When you utilize the Random Playback function,
the MusicCAST client plays tracks in random order
from the current playback group.

You can activate the Random Playback function by
pressing RANDOM on the remote control. The
MusicCAST client targets tracks for playback in
accordance with the current setting of the Group
parameter accessible by following the procedure on
this page.
To select an entire group for random playback,
begin playback from one level higher up the "Menu
tree" than you would otherwise. For example, to
playback all of the songs from an artist at Random
rather than from one particular album, press PLAY
with the cursor on the Artist name in the Artist
selection screen, then set the MusicCAST client in
Random Playback mode.
