Time Menu
Press MENU button to display the main menu .
Press ◄ / ► button to select TIME in the main menu.
Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the option that you want to

Press Enter button l to adjust.

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select Sleep Timer, then press Enter
