    Thank you very much for purchasing CKD Product. This manual explains basic points of installation, operation, etc. to have our refrigerated air dryer, Xeroaqua GX Series perform at their best. Be sure to read this manual before using your dryer. Keep this manual together with the dryer.

    ６） 腐食による故障は保証外となります。 本製品では、冷媒ガス配管、熱交換器内部配管に銅配管（りん脱酸銅管）を使用して おり、特にこの銅配管が腐食し穴があくと、冷媒ガスが漏洩し、運転不能に至ったり、 エアドライヤの圧縮空気出口側に水が出る等の故障に至ります。設置場所のみならず、 エアコンプレッサの吸入空気に腐食性ガスが含まれていないことを確認の上、ご使用 ください。 銅管に対する腐食性の高い物質例を下記に示します。 アニリン、アニリン染料、アンモニア(湿性)、イオウ(溶融)、塩化アンモニウム、塩化 亜鉛、塩化水素酸（塩酸） 、塩化第二鉄、塩化銅、塩素(湿性)、過酸化ナトリウム、ク ロム酸、酢酸鉄溶液、シアン化カリウム、シアン化ナトリウム、シアン化水素酸、次 亜塩素酸ナトリウム、臭化水素酸、硝酸、硝酸アンモニウム、硝酸銅、銀塩、水銀、 水銀塩、石灰一硫黄、チオ硫酸ナトリウム、ニクロム酸カリウム（酸性） 、ニクロム酸 ナトリウム、ふっ化水素酸、硫化水素（湿性） 、硫化ナトリウム、硫化バリウム、硫酸 アンモニウム、硫酸第二鉄 注）上記の成分は一例であり、銅の腐食環境の全てを示したものではありません。 Troubles caused by corrosion are out of warranty policy.     保 証 書 １． 保証期間 本製品の保証期間は、お買い上げから１年間といたします。 冷媒回路はお買い上げから２年間といたします。ただし、２年以内に稼働時間が１０，０００時 間に達した場合は、その期間とします。 ２． 保証範囲 上記保証期間中に当社側の責により故障を生じた場合、その製品の修理を無償で速やかに 行わせていただきます。 ただし、次の項目に該当する場合は、この保証の対象範囲から除外させていただきます。 ① 本仕様書に記載されている条件・環境の範囲を逸脱して使用された場合。 ② 取扱不注意などの誤った使用および誤った管理に起因する場合。 ③ 故障の原因が納入品以外の事由による場合 ④ 製品本来の使い方以外の使用による場合。 ⑤ 納入後に行われた当社側が係っていない構造、性能、仕様などの改変および当社指 定外の修理が原因の場合。 ⑥ 本製品を貴社の機械・機器に組み込んで使用される際、貴社の機械・機器が業界の 通念上備えられている機能、構造などを持っていれば回避できた損害の場合。 ⑦ 納入当時に実用化されていた技術では予見できない事由に起因する場合。 ⑧ 火災､地震､水害､落雷､その他の天災、地変､公害､塩害､ガス害､異常電圧､異常水圧､ 異常水質､凍結､その他の外部要因による場合。 ⑨ 使用条件に左右される消耗部品の場合。 なお､ここでいう保証は、納入品単体の保証を意味するもので、納入品の故障により誘発され る損害は除外させていただきます。 以上の内容は、日本国内での取引および使用を前提としております。 日本国外へ輸出されたものについての無償修理は、以下の通りとさせて頂きます。 ① 貴社運賃ご負担にて当社工場へ返却されたものについて修理します。 ②...
