***IMPORTANT REMINDER***
IMPORTANT:
Occasionally check the strainer screen to ensure it is
clean and clear of any debris, especially if experiencing a
sudden loss of pressure. Strainer is located on the end of
the intake hose, inside of the tank. Use protective gear
when removing hose from tank and cleaning the strainer.

    Assembly Procedure After removing the tank from the box, start the assembly Step 1 procedure by turning the tank upside on a stable, flat surface. A 1/2” socket wrench is required for this step. Do not over-tighten bolts. A) Mount the axle/tank supports to the underside of the tank as shown in Step 1.
  • Page 5 Assembly Procedure After the boom mount is secured to the tank. Step 5 1/2” socket wrench & wrench is required for this step. Attach the center portion of the boom to the boom mount, making sure the boom is centered. Secure in place with (2) flanged hex bolts and (2) flanged hex nuts.
  • Page 6 Assembly Procedure Install the pressure gauge, hand tighten securely. ** DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN ** Step 7 Screw the lid onto the tank. Place the end of the lanyard through the tab in the tank. This is so the lid can ‘hang’ off the tank when filling/rinsing the tank out.

    IMPORTANT: Remove tank lid and be sure the tank is clean and free of any foreign material. Rinse tank out of any tank residue before filling with water to test. Testing the Sprayer NOTE: Manifold Valves CLOSED It is VERY important to test this sprayer with plain water before actual spraying is attempted.
