Problem
The isolation valve at the bottom
of the unit is closed.
The system pressure has risen
above High pressure setpoint.
The expansion vessel has failed or
lost its pre-charge.

Solution
Open the isolation valves at the
bottom of the unit.
Decrease system pressure using
a suitable drain point
Check the expansion vessel pre-
charge and re-charge if necessary
Review the expansion vessel

Open the isolation valves at the
bottom of the unit.
Increase system pressure using a
filling loop, or enable the system fill
option.
