Rinse and clean the
vegetables.
Pour ½ l water into the
plus 500 ml
steam plate of Steamer.

for whole vegetables,
such as corn on the
cob, artichokes, whole
cauliflower, small potatoes
and cabbage cut into
quarters.

side. You can add salt, herbs
and 1-2 tbsp, lemon juice.

Put Steamer on turntable.
This programme is suitable
for fish fillets like rose fish,
pollack and cod fish.

plate. Pierce 3-8 fresh eggs,
cold water
each about 60g (medium
size) and set into the small
cavities of the tray. Cover
with stainless steel lid and
set Steamer on turntable.
After steaming keep
standing for 2-5 minutes.
