Recording a picture
When the POWER switch is set to MEMORY
(DCR-TRV340E/TRV341E/TRV740E only)
You cannot use the following functions:
– Super NightShot
– Colour Slow Shutter
NightShot Light
NightShot Light rays are infrared and so are
invisible. The maximum shooting distance using
the NightShot Light is about 3 m (10 feet).
Self-timer recording
– DCR-TRV340E/TRV341E/TRV740E only
Recording with the self-timer starts in 10 seconds
automatically.
You can also use the Remote Commander for this
operation.
(1) In the standby mode, press MENU to display
the menu settings.
(2) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select
SELFTIMER in
(3) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select ON,
then press the dial.
(4) Press MENU to make the menu settings
disappear.
(5) Press START/STOP.
The self-timer starts counting down from 10
with a beep. In the last two seconds of the
countdown, the beep gets faster, then
recording starts automatically.
To stop recording, press START/STOP again.

Video-opnamen maken
Wanneer de POWER schakelaar op "MEMORY"
staat (alleen voor de DCR-TRV340E/TRV341E/
TRV740E)
Dan zijn de volgende functies niet te gebruiken:
– Super Nightshot nachtlichtfunctie
– Slow Shutter kleurverbetering
De Nightshot Light lamp
De stralen van de NightShot Light lamp zijn
infrarood en dus niet zichtbaar. De maximale
reikwijdte van de infrarode NightShot Light
lichtstralen bedraagt ongeveer 3 meter.
Opnemen met de
zelfontspanner
– alleen voor de DCR-TRV340E/
TRV341E/TRV740E
Met de zelfontspanner kunt u de camcorder na
10 seconden automatisch met opnemen laten
beginnen.
Voor het gemak kunt u hierbij de
afstandsbediening gebruiken.
(1) Druk in de opnamepauzestand op de MENU
toets om het instelmenu te laten verschijnen.
(2) Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop om
in te stellen op SELFTIMER onder het
pictogram en druk de regelknop in.
(3) Draai weer aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC
regelknop om in te stellen op "ON" en druk
de regelknop in.
(4) Druk weer op de MENU toets om het
instelmenu uit beeld te laten verdwijnen.
(5) Druk op de START/STOP toets.
De zelfontspanner gaat nu terugtellen vanaf
10, met telkens een pieptoon. In de laatste
twee seconden van het aftellen klinken de
pieptonen korter achtereen en dan begint
automatisch het opnemen. Om te stoppen met
opnemen, drukt u nogmaals op de START/
STOP toets.
