9.1 Spare parts
We only grant warranty for spare parts delivered by us. We have to point out that spare parts and ac-
cessories not delivered us will also not be tried and tested and therefore also not be released by us. The
assembly and/or the use of such products can therefore possibly impair the active and/or passive safety
of the machine. Liability for damages caused by the use of products and spare parts not delivered and
released by us will be excluded from the side of company Profi-Tech-Diamant Tools GmbH.
Please be assured that special production and delivery specifications exist for parts of other manufactu-
rers and that we are always offering you spare parts in accordance to the latest technical specifications
and regulations.
All necessary repairs are only to be carried out after consultation with our customer service.
By ordering spare parts the following information is required:
- Order number
- Description of the machine
- Machine number
- Quantity
- Description and number of the spare part needed
