1.1 Area of use and specified use
! ! ! The stone cutting machine STC 350 6 is only constructed for the use of diamond cutting discs which
are only to be used for cutting mineral bound and burned material such as artificial stone, volcanic
stone, burned stone, reinforced concrete, cement stone, sand lime brick, glazed tiles with a max. cutting
length of 590 mm and a max. cutting depth of 110 mm. Each use overstepping this will be declared as
unspecified use. The manufacturer of this product does not take liability for damages caused due to
misuse or unspecified use.
The safety, working, and maintenance regulations of the manufacturer as well as the in the technical
data prescribed measurements are to be followed. The required accident prevention regulations as well
as all other recognised safety regulations are to be followed. The stone cutting machine is only to be
used, maintained and repaired by qualified personnel. Arbitrary changes on the machine exclude the
liability of the manufacturer by damages resulting from this. The stone cutting machine is only to be
used with tools and spare parts of the manufacturer.
The machine has a working area. This area is in front of the working table. Even with all precautionary
measures taken care of there are still risks, such as:
• clothing to be caught up by the machine
• to be injured by an moving parts of the machine
• injuries due to flying pieces from the tools by damaged tools
• fire hazard
• danger by working on the electronic parts
• danger due to noise emission
• danger due to splashing water
• danger due to dust particles
• danger due to touching moving parts of the machine whilst in operating mode
