5. ASSEMBly

5.1 General information
The stone cutting machine will be delivered pre-assembled. Should there be any problems by the end-
assembly then please get in touch with our customer service.
We do not take liability for damages occurring due to improper end-assembly.
5.2 Assembly conditions
By the space planning there needs to be considered that there is sufficient space around the machine,
so that tool changes and maintenance work will be easier. Also there needs to be space for operating
the machine. The stone cutting machine needs to stand on a level floor and has to be aligned with a
spirit level which is laid on top of the sliding table. A separate floor fixing of the machine is not needed.
The IM "Technical Data" is to be consulted by the assembly of the machine.
The machine is designed for assembly in dry rooms and for an ambient temperature limit of +5°C up to
+40°C. No obstructions are to be in the working area of the machine as well as in the safety area of
one metre.
5.3 Assembly
The machine needs to stand on firm ground. Unevenness of the ground is to be adjusted with wedges
or similar. The adjustment should be done with a spirit level.
Attention! The cutting table needs to be dismantled for further transport.
5.3.1 Mounting of the machine and assembly of the diamond cutting disc
The stone cutting machine may by delivery exist of seven components, which can be assembled wit-
hout any assembly tools.
The assembly is performed as follows:
• push the four legs sideways at tub into the openings and tighten up with the wing screw
• after that set the machine frame into the tub
• set the sliding table in the way onto the guide track that the guide ruler can be adjusted from the
user side.
The assembly respectively exchange of the Diamond cutting disc is performed in the following order:
• remove the disc cover on the side
• loosen the hexagon head screw with the help of a spanner (SW 30) and take of the flange (left-han-
ded thread, this means in clockwise)
• check the cleanliness of the flange
• insert the Diamond-Cutting disc and take care of the rotation direction (direction arrow on the disc
need to correspond with the direction arrow on the disc safety)
• return the flange back onto the thread and fasten it with the hexagon head screw (left-handed th-
read, this means in clockwise)
• finally the safety cover need to be mounted back on
