Accumulations of materials and waste near the machine are to be avoided.
The binding accident prevention regulations of the stone cutting machine are in all cases to be follo-
wed.
! ! ! It is to be checked, prior to each use of the stone cutting machine, if the Diamond-cutting
disc can run freely.
The machine is to be switched off with the help of the main power switch by the preparation of the
machine for the start-up, maintenance or build-up.
The removal of mud and other waste materials is not permitted during operation of the machine.
! ! ! The condition of the Diamond-cutting disc is to be checked prior to each start-up. Should
the disc be worn off too much or should the segments be damaged then the disc need to be ex-
changed.
To prevent hearing damage or other health damages the persons using the machine are to wear the
appropriate personal clothing such as ear protection, safety glasses and safety gloves.
Wood or metal cutting discs are not to be used and also no materials such as wood or metal are to be
cut with the Diamond-Cutting disc.
Only Diamond-Cutting discs with a diameter of 350mm and a borehole of 25,4mm are to be used. Al-
ways use the recommended Diamond-Cutting discs of the manufacturer.

3. GEnErAlly

3.1 Area of use
The stone cutting machine is exclusively for cutting mineral material as well as burned materials. It is
only designed for the use as mentioned in this IM under "Technical Data, point 2".
Before the stone cutting machine is being put to use outside the contractual area of use (see IM "Tech-
nical Data"), the customer service of Company PROFI-TECH-Diamant Werkzeuge GmbH (Address see IM
"Spare Parts and Customer Service") is to be contacted, otherwise we can not be made liable for any
damages.

The IM is intended for assembly use and supervision personnel. It contains technical regulations and
drawings, which are not to be copied, distributed, used for competition reasons or told to a third party
