7.4 Find connecting expansion modules

The connection for serial communication is established once the PCI-DMC card has been found.

Next, the system scans for the number of connecting modules linked in series on the same Ring.
As shown in the following figure, execute Find Slave to find available and working modules on
the Ring as well as the properties of these connecting modules.
If the system cannot find any expansion modules after executing Find Slave, the following error
message appears. Check if the expansion modules are properly connected and the power output
is normal.
