    SAFETY INFORMATION POLARIZED PLUG The appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the wall outlet, reverse the plug.

BEFORE FIRST USE • Unpack and remove all packaging materials from the appliance and accessories. • Check for damage that may have occurred during transport. If any parts are damaged or missing, do not use the appliance and return it to your retail outlet immediately.
  • Page 10 HOW TO USE 2. Turn the locking screw (12) on the bottom of the motor / control button panel (10/11) counterclockwise to loosen the screw and then place the motor (10) onto the extendable pole (13). Secure into place by turning the locking screw (12) clockwise.
  • Page 11 HOW TO USE 4. Insert the rear cover (7) onto the motor shaft (8) making sure the handle (7) is on the outside and positioned at the top. Replace the plastic nut (6) onto the motor shaft (8) and turn it clockwise.
  • Page 12 HOW TO USE 5. Push the fan blade (5) onto the drive pin at the rear of the motor shaft (8). Secure into place with the blade cap (4), turning it counterclockwise in the direction marked TIGHTEN. A reversely installed blade may cause incorrect operation such as vibrations and noise.
  • Page 13 HOW TO USE Fix together the front and rear cover (3/7). Secure the two parts together with the cover safety screw with nut (1) and clips. [Fig. 14] [Fig. 15] [Fig. 16] 8. Unscrew the locking collar (14) counterclockwise to loosen. Adjust the height of the fan.
  • Page 14 HOW TO USE ASSEMBLING THE FAN FOR WALL MOUNTING Only mount the fan on a vertical wall, not on a ceiling, an incline or angle. Slot the wall mount pole (19) into the wall mount bracket (18) making sure the holes on the two parts are aligned. Fix into place using the 2 short screws (20).
  • Page 15 HOW TO USE 2. Place the assembled wall mount on a wall at the desired height. Use a pencil to mark the 4 screw holes. Drill the 4 holes into the wall and insert the wall plugs (21). Fix the bracket (18) into place using the 4 long screws (20).

    HOW TO USE 4. Turn the locking screw (12) on the bottom of the motor (10) counterclockwise to loosen it. Place the fan onto the wall mount pole (19). Turn the locking screw (12) clockwise until tight. [Fig. 26] [Fig. 27] OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Place the fan on a stable, horizontal surface.

Tournez la vis de blocage (12) sur la partie inférieure du moteur / panneau des boutons de commande (10/11) dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre pour desserrer la vis, puis placez le moteur (10) sur le montant extensible (13). Fixez en place en tournant la vis de blocage (12) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
  • Page 28 UTILISATION 3. Tournez le capuchon de la pale (4) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, dans le sens de la marque LOOSEN (DESSERRER), et retirez-le. Tournez l'écrou en plastique (6) sur l'arbre du moteur (8) dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre et retirez-le.
  • Page 29 UTILISATION 5. Poussez la pale du ventilateur (5) sur l'axe d'entraînement à l'arrière de l'arbre du moteur (8). Fixez-la en place à l'aide du capuchon de pale (4), en la tournant dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, dans la direction indiquée par TIGHTEN (SERRER).

  • Page 31 UTILISATION ASSEMBLAGE DU VENTILATEUR POUR LE MONTAGE MURAL Montez le ventilateur uniquement sur un mur vertical, et non sur un plafond, une pente ou un angle. Insérez le montant de montage mural (19) dans le support de montage mural (18) en vous assurant que les trous des deux pièces sont alignés.
