Troubleshooting

outlet before performing maintenance or troubleshooting.

Battery isn't fully charged

Wrong charger is being used

Brush Roll is jammed
Brush Roll Brush Roll needs to be reset

Charge battery; follow charging
battery instructions on page 5
Be sure to use only the charger
supplied with your product; the label
on the detachable hand vacuum will
list which charger can be used
Remove obstruction; follow
instructions on page 12

Empty Dirt Tank
Position Dirt Tank correctly and
snap firmly into place
Make sure foot is fully inserted into
body of unit
Follow Filter instructions on page 11

replacement Filters
Detach foot from main body and
examine and remove clog from opening
Empty Dirt Tank
Check Filter Assembly for
correct installation
Position Dirt Tank correctly and
snap firmly into place
Use only the charger that comes with
the machine
Remove the Hand Vac and install it
properly
Clear the Brush Roll and Brush Roll
End Cap area; follow instructions on
page 12
