To solve the error code

It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed order.
1 If wiring connected to JC‑J1 of X2M terminal of the indoor unit, check correct
connection and continuity of the wiring. See
Possible cause: Faulty or damaged wiring between JC‑J1 of X2M terminal of
the indoor unit and external device.
2 Check if the field setting 28-8 is correctly set according to the installation. See

Possible cause: Incorrect field setting.
3 Perform a power reset. If the error disappears and is raised again after a
while, check for the presence of an external source causing electrical noise.

4 Perform a check of the indoor unit main PCB. See Indoor unit PCB.
