The EK005, 25505 is an electronic room thermostat particularly suitable for floor or ceiling heating thanks to its separate probe.

Adjustable temperature's range:
Draw back the knob for temperature range adjustment.

Electrical connection

Temperature's range limitation

It is possible to limit mechanically the temperature's range (between 10° to 40°C for example) or even to lock the temperature range at a fixed temperature (30°C for example).
For that:

1. Take the two range limiting nibs which are found in the thermostat base.
   

2. Locate the knob to indicate a precise value (30°C for example) and remove it.
3. Place the two range limiting nibs.
   

Ex : to lock the temperature's range at 30°C

4. Put back the knob and check that the temperature's range is limited to the requested values.

Installation of the probe

Application example:

• protected by a sheath for the control of floor temperature.

1. heating frame
2. probe.

• This device must be installed only by a qualified electrician.
• Conform to TBTS installation rules.

Installation

The thermostat can be installed either surface mounted or on a flush box 60 mm.
Cables should arrive from the back.

• take off the front cover
• fix the product's base through the fixing holes
• connect the wires on the terminals
• put back the front cover
• indicating light to signal heating.
• switch ON/OFF.
