Introduction
WARNING:
product, you must read and understand the
safety chapter.
To do before you operate the product
1. Read the operator's manual carefully and make sure
that you understand the instructions.
2. Read the operator's manual for the dust extractor
carefully and make sure that you understand the
instructions.
3. If the product is operated in connection with a power
source, make sure that you read and understand the
operator's manual of that power source.
4. Use personal protective equipment. Refer to
Personal protective equipment on page 6 .
5. Make sure that only approved persons are in the
work area.
6. Do daily maintenance. Refer to
schedule on page 19 .
7. Make sure that the product is assembled correctly
and is not damaged.
8. Make sure that all bolts, screws and nuts are
tightened.
9. Make sure that the blastwheel, feed spout, liners and
sealing are not damaged or worn out. Replace the
parts when 75% of the blade thickness has been
worn away.
10. Make sure that the separator is not damaged.
11. Make sure that the separator is filled with abrasive
up to the separator tray.
12. Put the product on the work area. Make sure that the
surface is level. Make sure that the transportation of
the product to and in the work area is done safely
and correctly. Refer to
13. Connect a dust extractor to the product. Refer to
connect a dust extractor on page 14 .
14. Make sure that the ON/OFF switch is in OFF position
before you connect the product to a power supply.
15. Connect the product to a power source. Refer to
connect the product to a power source on page 15 .
16. Make sure that the brush list seals are in the correct
height. Refer to .
17. Make sure that the magnetic seals are in the correct
height. Refer to .
Drive system
The drive system is used during operation and allows
the product to be moved around with the traction wheel.

Always engage the drive system during operation.
To engage the drive system
WARNING:
from rotating parts. Be very careful when
you attach the quick-release pin.
Install the quick-release pin to engage the drive system.
The quick-release pin is found above the traction wheel.

1. Turn the ON/OFF switch to ON.
 
 
2. Push the abrasive control cable (A) to close the
abrasive valve. Push the OFF button (B) to stop the
blastmotor.
