Maintenance Check Item
Check the safety-interlock
operation.
Check that the ROPS is fully
raised and locked in position.
Check the parking-brake
operation.
Check the fuel level.
Check the engine-oil level.
Check the
cooling-system-fluid level.
Drain the water/fuel
separator.
Check the air-filter indicator.
Check the cooler and screen
for debris.
Check for unusual engine
noises. 1 .
Check for unusual operating
noises.
Check the hydraulic hoses
for damage.
Check for fluid leaks.
Check the tire pressure.
Check the instrument
operation.
Lubricate all the grease
fittings. 2
Touch up any damaged
paint.
Inspect the seat belt.
1 Check the glow plug and injector nozzles if the engine is hard to start, there is excess smoke, or the engine runs rough
2 Immediately after every washing, regardless of the interval listed
3 If the indicator shows red
