If IRQ is used to cancel the Deep Software Standby mode, you need to use the IRQn-DS interrupts.
In Deep Software Standby mode, the Internal power supply control in Deep Software Standby mode
provides an option to maintain the internal power supply to the peripherals or cut down the internal power
