Trouble-shooting Answer to question
When the remained water is frozen
Prevent the freezing (be sure to discharge the water
completely after using)
After complete draining, set the "DRAIN SELECTOR"
at "OFF" . If it is set at "DRAIN", it will be rather
difficult for the frozen water to melt.
When the water is frozen
Pour hot water below 50
to soak it completely. Then turn the pulsator
with hands gently. Please confirm the drainage
can work normally before next using.
The washing machine stops working in operational
process
If the washing machine suddenly stops working,
please turn off the timer for over 20 minutes, and then
turn on the timer again.
If the machine continues to run, this is normal
thermal fuse overload protection of the motor. User
may use it without guilt.
If the machine cannot run normally after a long
time, please contact our after-sales service
department. Do not repair it by yourself.
Remarks: The Thermal fuse is a common device for
safety protection. Used for powering off automatically
when the motor heating occurs due to long time
continuous working or abnormal working.
